I'm pregnant - can I eat Tea?

aka Caffeine

Maybe
Tea contains caffeine. You are advised to limit yourself to 200mg of caffeine per day in total. This equates to 2-3 mugs of tea per day, depending on the strength. You can try decaffeinated or herbal tea instead. See the NHS advice for more details of how much caffeine various drinks contain.
