I'm pregnant - can I eat Sushi?

aka Raw fish

Yes
Some people say pregnant women shouldn't eat sushi, but the official UK government advice is that sushi can be eaten while pregnant as long as it has been frozen for at least 24 hours to kill any worms present in the fish. Fish used to make Sushi sold in restaurants and shops in the UK must have been frozen for at least this time, and should therefore be safe. If you make your own Sushi, you should follow the same process. See the Food Standards Agency website for more details.
