I'm pregnant - can I eat Meat?

Maybe
Meat is generally safe to eat, but always ensure that it is cooked thoroughly, so there is no pink, and juices run clear. There are one or two exceptions, e.g. avoid liver and cold cured meat - check specific meat names for any specific advice. Always observe good hygiene in keeping raw meat away from other food, and wash all surfaces and utensils.
